FINAL FOUNDATION STATUS FOUNDATION WORK COMPLETED

Ground assessment, evidence collection, documentation, final reports and formal representation under PROJECT 002 have been completed.

CURRENT POSITION GOVERNMENT ACTION / RESPONSE AWAITED

The official representations dispatched through India Post Speed Post on 27 August 2026 have been delivered to the concerned authorities. Further examination, administrative action and resolution now fall within the jurisdiction of the respective Government / Departmental authorities.

Closure position: This project closure records completion of THE OVIE CIRCLE FOUNDATION's planned intervention. It does not state that the issues identified during the assessment have necessarily been resolved. Any subsequent Government response or action will be maintained as a post-closure outcome record.
